Our road was made passable on Monday through huge drifts of snow. Then on Wednesday at 10pm it was cleared to make it a double track. Our bins were emptied on Wednesday . Our heroic milkman came every day (not Sunday when he doesn't deliver anyway) and when we were snowed in we walked to the main road and caught the bus. Brilliant services! Calderdale is a wonderful place to live.
